Scott found his way to the mat in 1995 and has been on it ever since. In 2010, he completed his 200-hour certification with David Magone, founder of PranaVayu Yoga and most recently trained with Josh Summers in the Yin Yoga style. Scott uses meditation and yoga to develop a calmer, more focused mind while strengthening his body through PranaVayu and Yin styles. In addition, he has studied under Lama Migmar Tseten focusing on Buddhist meditative practices and pranayama techniques. Scott’s classes combine inspired sequencing and alignment tips with a mix of old and new eclectic tunes. At the end of each class, he leads you through a guided meditation practice, helping you to achieve a deeper consciousness after your asana practice. When he is not teaching he works as Epidemiologist in the Bureau of Infectious Diseases for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
