Kelly is now teaching private corporate classes and workshops in the Boston area.
Kelly has been highly involved in health and fitness world for more than 12 years. In that time, Kelly has spent 3 years as a fitness competitor. She competed locally, regionally and nationally with many podium finishes to her credit. The hard work and sacrifice of these experiences has taught her that you have to listen to your body!
Kelly had always been curious about yoga and first tried it more than 8 years ago as a way relax and change up her work out routine. After trying numerous styles including Bikram, Ashtanga and Sivananda, Kelly discovered PranaVayu and noticed a real difference. She appreciated that PranaVayu’s specialized vinyasa sequences focused on body alignment and the buildup to a challenging pinical pose spoke to her physically. While the Buddhist philosophy spoke to her spiritually… and together she was moved by this style in ways no other had.
The PranaVayu methods have become a very important part of Kelly’s daily practice and teaching ethics. In 2011, Kelly became a certified PranaVayu teacher and continues to search for her highest potential in yoga and in life as a healthy, happy and truly open human being.
