Sandy is a lover of movement, happiest on a yoga mat or in running sneakers. As a licensed/registered dietitian with a Masters degree in Nutrition, she has built a career around her passion for wellness, believing in a top-to-bottom-and-inside-out approach to strength, nutrition, and mindfulness. By moving, eating, and living with intention, everyone can find a healthy peaceful rhythm to life. Sandy completed her 200-hour RYT certification under PranaVayu founder, David Magone. PranaVayu is a unique style of vinyasa yoga that makes mind and body transformations more efficient through strategic sequencing, principles of skeletal alignment, and guided relaxation. In addition to David Magone, Sandy is particularly inspired by local yogis Dan Steel and Goldie Graham. Sandy aims to teach physically challenging classes within reach for wide range of abilities that offer a healthy antidote to the stresses of everyday life, invitation to play, and opportunity for reflection.
