About Nicole Nicole Witkov holds a BFA from Emerson College in Writing, Literature and Publishing and a M.Ed. from Boston College in Higher Education Administration.
Nicole brings to her yoga teaching a lifetime love of athletics including dance, gymnastics, swimming, collegiate volleyball and most recently triathlon training. Her love of movement has evolved into a career dedicated to health and wellness. She has 16 years of experience as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Nicole’s interests turned to yoga in 2007 to compliment her more active workouts. She quickly discovered yoga’s ability to balance both her mind and body. Nicole credits her daughter for inspiring her to continue to practice yoga regularly, recognizing that yoga makes her an even better mother by cultivating patience, discipline, and flexibility, with the goal of modeling the importance of balance in one’s life. Nicole completed her 200-hour certification in PranaVayu Yoga with master teacher David Magone in 2014. Her classes blend joyful enthusiasm, thoughtful instruction, and over a decade of fitness experience to leave you feeling strong, centered and restored.
