Meredith began practicing yoga in 2006. Initially she was drawn to the greater physical strength and flexibility that practice offered and found herself compelled further by the mental awareness, mindfulness meditation, and relaxation as her practice progressed. Meredith’s classes focus on clear alignment cues and postural sequencing to effectively increase range of motion, beginning each class with pranayama breathing exercises and concluding with an extended guided meditation. From 2010 to 2011 Meredith completed her 200-hour and accelerated teacher training programs with PranaVayu Yoga founder David Magone. In 2013 she studied Mangalam Yantra Yoga with Harvard Buddhist Chaplain Khenpo Migmar Tseten Rinpoche, deepening her experience with meditation and the practice of pranayama.
