Have you ever wondered how to meditate? All of the leading research is confirming that a daily meditation practice is one of the best things that you can do for your health. This workshop will share simple and effective meditation techniques that can be done pretty much anywhere. Grab some comfy clothes to sit in and come see what it’s all about!
Never meditated before? No biggie. This workshop is open to new and experienced meditators alike.
What you will learn:
• The basics of seated posture – How to set yourself up for success
• What to focus on when meditating
• How to overcome the “monkey mind” and other obstacles to practice
• The five signs of a successful meditation practice
This workshop is open to anyone who would like to learn more about meditation. Currently registered yoga teachers will receive 4 Yoga Alliance CEUs for taking part in the training.
