Class Schedule

Take a class with PVYU founder, David Magone

Base Level

PranaVayu base level classes include traditional breathing practices (pranayama), a full warm-up and cool-down cycle designed to enhance flexibility and muscle recovery, and a fully planned sequence of poses strategically designed to focus on all important ranges of motion. Additionally, as research has shown that a minimum of 12 minutes are required to engage a true relaxation response, every PranaVayu class includes 15 minutes of guided meditation in savasana.

Accelerated Level

PVYU accelerated classes are designed to help you deepen your strength and flexibility at a much quicker rate than is normally possible in large group classes. Developed by David Magone, this high efficiency training method cuts out wasted motion by reducing unnecessary postures and transitions and instead focuses on groupings of poses that are proven to help develop full body strength and flexibility very quickly. A perfect supplement to your regular vinyasa practice, PVYU accelerated training will help you take your practice to the next level in a fun and supportive way.

Mangalam Yantra Yoga

Originally introduced to Tibet in the 10th century A.D., this traditional meditative practice will help you reduce stress, improve your health, and deepen your meditative experiences through a combination of mantra, pranayama and simple physical postures designed to release energetic blockages throughout your body.
