PranaVayu Yoga has a unique theory of alignment based on skeletal positioning, developed by David Magone in 2007. Designed to take the guesswork out of body positioning during your practice, the PranaVayu Core alignment system helps you to achieve immediate improvements in strength, flexibility and balance.

Perfect for beginning and experienced meditators alike, this training intensive will introduce you to two types of meditation used in PranaVayu Yoga. This intensive session will introduce you a number of transformative tools that can be used to consciously relax the body, calm the mind and overcome emotional obstacles such as anger, fear, and worry/anxiety.
